Flight Controls/Instrumentation
MEAS LVDT’s and RVDT’s are used in cockpit
controls and actuation systems. Flight recorders
detect loss of cabin pressure. Pitot tubes measure
air speed. Variometers indicate rate of ascent/
descent. Force sensors convey information for
flight data recording and autopilot disconnection.
